Work in progress PR to add macros to the docs site, along with an appropriate amount of refactoring. Closes #61

TODO:

  • More code cleanup
  • More thorough testing (especially for macro references)
  • Add macros to search
  • Hide graph viz button (or otherwise make it sensible) when viewing a macro
