See issue issue 385 and PR 1086 for Pkg. Apparently, instead of get(Pkg.installed(), "Jute", "<unknown>") it should be possible to use info from Pkg.project() (probably, look up Jute in dependencies and get its version).

It seems that it should be available in Pkg v1.3.
