Reorganize Repository Branching and Versioning

The branching for the Repsitory could be changed according to the branching of https://github.com/magento/magento2

to move master and develop to branch 0.1 and 0.1-develop

and create new branches for magento 2.3 compatibility like 1.0 and 1.0-develop

so we can handle different versions of the module in the repository which are compatible to different versions of Magento2 without having to care about compatibility issues between versions while writing at the code.

since i was able to build the module, so its compatible with Magento 2.2.x and 2.3.0 at the same version, there was no need to do this yet. Maybe consider this later, if downwards compatibility is not as easy to solve like this time.
