Unmaintained plugins list

This issue is for gathering plugins that is popular in the Flask-community but unmaintained since long. As the list goes on, we'll contact the authors to request them to transfer their project to the org.

@Abdur-rahmaanJ Should we add a list here and update it or move this to discussion? Also I don't know any flask plugins except for flask-mail which is now been moved to flask-mailman. I will look for these and update the list. Not sure what is the best way to do this but I have created the list table below. Anybody can update this.

Note:

• might want to check this https://github.com/flask-extensions. It has few flask extensions. Just putting it here for reference
• Also what is the criteria to say that the project is unmaintained? For example if there has not been a commit since about a year can we say the project is unmaintained?

And ya i guess putting list of unmaintained is a tabular manner, seems pretty presentable to me rather than moving it in discussion format.

Anyway i found this plugin that needs a maintainer
