Missing folder permissions (os error 13)

The gitbutler flatpak does not have folder permissions for e.g. the Documents folder configured by default, and documentation is missing on how to add those.

Attempting to add a repo will cause GitButler to show a "Keine Berechtigung (os error 13)" message.

Please add a paragraph on the flatpak description, describing how to grant the gitbutler flatpak the necessary permissions (and which) .

(Flatseal seems to be pretty straightforward)
