Application menu is not exported

The menu is located inside of the application instead of being exported into the global menu in my KDE Plasma 5.18. There is referenced issue, there was suggested to use final arg --talk-name=com.canonical.AppMenu.Registrar, however, it doesn't actually work for the current package. Also, it doesn't work for Sublime Merge flathub package.

Does this work correctly when you use the non-Flatpak version of Sublime Text or Sublime Merge? I suspect that Sublime just doesn't support this.

I have no idea how the menu exporting works in KDE Plasma, so I would welcome a pull request to fix this.

FYI the non-flatpak version also works fine in Ubuntu MATE with the global menu panel plugin and even HUD.
