[vo/gpu/wayland] GNOME's wayland compositor lacks support for the idle inhibit protocol. This means the screen can blank during playback.

Add vo=sdl to mpv.conf

run this:

echo "vo=sdl" >> ~/.var/app/io.mpv.Mpv/config/mpv/mpv.conf

@fastrizwaan Maybe you should just close this issue and pin it, just so it isn't in the open list but people can see it.

Add vo=sdl to mpv.conf

I don't think it is a good solution. vo=sdl lacks GPU acceleration. And giving #358, IMO this can be unpinned.
