When I close the main window, the focus is not yielded back to any other app — the app underneath remains unfocused — and shortcuts don't work — Super/Alt + Tab (window switching), F shortcuts (F1, F2, F3, etc.), for example. Caps Lock works, though, as I see the Caps Lock indicator light turning on/off as I press it.
I have to click on an app to get the focus back.
The same does not happen if the main window is closed first and then I close a Doc or Spreadsheet window last.
Only happens with OnlyOffice, so I'm assuming it's an OnlyOffice issue rather than a desktop environment issue.
Here you can see how, after I close the main OnlyOffice window, Chrome does not get the focus back and I keep pressing keyboard shortcuts but nothing happens:
