Is your feature request related to a problem?

To write a single workflow that can be moved to, from or even split with Kubeflow/Argo Workflows, as well as dask, etc.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

To be able to output pipelines as Argo YAML from dewret (directly, or, if technically preferable, via Kubeflow). To get initial feedback, the first support response may not cover all features of dewret (especially if Argo Workflows does not possess needed functionality), but should allow construction of a basic workflow.

Stretch goal: multi-engine output - minimal example of the ability to output syntax for more than one engine, split into outer workflow and inner subworkflow - if the above response is completed early and time is remaining.
