[Question] modal dosen't close

Question

When I first run the application and click "No" button in the modal, the modal closes as It should be. but after clicking "Yes" button and then reopening the modal, clicking "No" button does not close the modal.

the steps to reproduce the issue are as follows

1. Open the modal and click "Yes" button.
2. Open the modal again and click "No" button

anyone know what's wrong with my code
