Blank screen on load. On resizing contents starts appearing

Sometimes on loading the Iframe , the iframe appears to be blank. if I re-size or press ALT (which again re sizes internally) the contents start appearing. Its very intermittent.

I am facing this issue for more than a year now, I am using older version , not sure with version #, but IFrame.as has following comment -
"IFrame.as 194 2010-05-14 20:29:17Z Julien.Nicoulaud" .

Is this fixed in latest version, or any setting is needed for this?
This is kind of urgent for me, please help.
