Petitions Clerk: View of document from Docket Record

As a Petitions Clerk, in order to take the next appropriate steps in a case, I need to view the document detail page of any document I access from the Docket Record.

If you click on "petition" from the docket record as an internal user, it should take you to the document detail page, not open the doc as a PDF. Right now, it is opening the doc as a PDF in a new tab. That functionality is only for external users.

Pre-Conditions:

• Internal User is logged in
• Internal User clicks on document from a Docket Record within a case

Acceptance Criteria:

• User is directed to the document detail page of the document they accessed from the Docket Record.

Note:

• External users would have the document open as a PDF in a new window.
