API Manager doesn't log root cause of exceptions

If an API JSON file has a comment (in java, bash styles etc), during bootstrapping we get an error like
Unable to parse one of the config. Content = <json_file>.

Logging the root cause through the caught exception will give more info on what's wrong in json files. This needs to be done in all logs generated (from APIManager in particular).
