Impossible to speedup a native coin transfer when sending max amount #1710

Steps to reproduce:

Try transferring all ETH (send max) to another address.
Sign and broadcast the transaction
Transaction pending in the mempool for too long, try speeding up

Expected result: I speedup the transfer by sending less Ether and paying more for gas

Actual result: Insufficient funds to cover gas fees.
