I can no longer change the CPI using the CPI switch button.
The official way of resetting does not work.

So my question is, can I reset the mouse with your software and (hopefully) eliminate the error?

Hello,

Maybe the CPI switch button is mapped to something else? If it is the case you may remap it to its DPI function with a command like:

rivalcfg --buttons "buttons(button10=DPI)"

Or you can reset all buttons to their default with:

rivalcfg --buttons default
