When Fluffy's Work Tab & Better Pawn Control are both in the modlist, saving/loading the game causes any changes to work priorites to revert to what they initially were.

Go to mod options > Better Pawn Control and turn on Disable BPC. Should fix it.

Update: BetterPawnControl is now fully compatible with WorkTab, including the inner priorities :-)
