Started a new save with hugslib and work tab installed to test wether it was a mod conflict or bug. Played the save for about an hour, saved then reloaded after a few hours. After i reloaded the jobs were all reset to the default '3' that the work tab setting is set to. Below is the link for the player log file. Hope it helps
