Scrolling does not work within a scrollable element.

We'd need to test horizontal scrolling as well, but I can already see that vertical scrolling is not aware of and does not handle elements with a vertical scroll bar.

Here's just one example, it's a page with vertical scrolling within one particular container. Thumb stick scroll vibrates as soon as you try to scroll down.
