Current Behavior

My button does not become active for use to proceed as the "765" prefix is missing for MTN Uganda numbers

Expected Behavior

On inputing the correct format "765xxxxxx" the button is set to active for user to proceed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select Country - Uganda
2. input phone number - 765xxxxxx
