loadtester Chart has version 0.23.0, but no release available

Describe the bug

The Helm Chart for loadtester has been bumped to 0.23.0 - #1246

However, no release is available for this version through Helm

You can bump the container tag in values.yaml as nothing changed in the chart itself. Next Flagger’s release will make the chart available

Thanks - More just wanted to confirm if it was missed in error. (We use Renovate to bump chart versions, and this got picked up, but with no actual package version)
