Describe the bug

During descend and to increase drag, I extended the speedbrakes. When retracting them, the aircraft entered a high pitch attitude (10°) and kept it until I disconnected the AP

Expected behavior

During descend, when using speedbrakes and after retracting, aircraft should resume normal descend profile (either DES, OP DES, FPA or V/S) without abruptly entering a high pitch attitude

Steps to reproduce

1. Import Flight plan as usual and fly until T/D
2. When reaching T/D until the vertical profile dot is at least 2000ft below current altitude
3. Use DES to descend to your wanted FL
4. Fully Extend speedbrakes
5. Wait at least 5 seconds
6. Retract speedbrakes
7. Observe the aircraft enters a high pitch attitude
