Requesting 21.0.0 build

Acquisition in the Australian Epilepsy Project (AEP) involves multi-echo fMRI data and susceptibility distortion correction using reversed phase encoding spin-echo EPIs. Both of these features have received substantial improvements in the 21.0.0 release of fmriprep. We therefore wish to have an updated tag wrapping this newest version.
