This commit adds the support necessary to use all of the bootstrap commands against an OpenStack endpoint for launching new instances of Chef Server. It utilizes the knife-openstack plugin, similar to how Linode does, and adds the appropriate credentials.

Using the knife-openstack plugin this follows the model of Linode and adds support for provisioning with Openstack clusters.
