Using the knife-openstack plugin this follows the model of Linode and adds support for provisioning with Openstack clusters.

This commit adds the support necessary to use all of the bootstrap
commands against an OpenStack endpoint for launching new instances of
Chef Server. It utilizes the knife-openstack plugin, similar to how
Linode does, and adds the appropriate credentials.

@johnbellone Thank you so much for OpenStack support! Apologies for taking so long merging this in--I took the liberty of rebasing it against current master and pulling it in as 2b088c4. Nicely done! 🍰
