Stop using "users"

I really think there's a general problem with the term "users" and "users' rights" and such. It doesn't sound dignified. It's just one step removed from "consumers". It doesn't treat people as full actors in our society, and I don't think we should be recommending it.

Better terms are those like "people" and "citizens".
