I'm concerned that the current CSAT assignGear loadouts, in which CSAT's only body armour is their rubber suit, does not provide enough centre-of-mass protection for player units. I believe changing their LBV Harness vests to Tactical Vests would provide appropriately balanced protection, comparable to NATO and AAF units. I think this change would be particularly relevant for LAMBS-era missions.

This was briefly discussed in Discord and didn't receive any objections. I'm preparing a PR taking some minor concerns into account.
