UFO v1 import: import org.robofab.* data into Info and Features

When saving e.g. https://github.com/linebender/norad/tree/master/testdata/fontinfotest.ufo as formatVersion=1 in defcon, it stores various the Postscript info attributes in the org.robofab.postScriptHintData lib key and reads it back from there upon loading. Features are also saved in the lib, example: https://github.com/fonttools/fonttools/blob/master/Tests/ufoLib/testdata/TestFont1%20(UFO1).ufo/lib.plist

Corner case, but ufoLib2 should probably do the same.
