To help reduce missing units, Vokomokum uses an order cycle where the in last couple of days that the order is open, members can only reduce shortages. This PR implements that feature for Foodsoft.
The feature needs to be enabled in the configuration screen, before it can be used. Then orders that have articles with a unit_quantity>1 will show the option to set a date for the boxfill phase.
As a bonus, the member ordering screen now uses bootstrap buttons, and shows them disabled when the minimum value (0) is reached.
