Enable more granularity on Org Browser and Custom Objects in Source Format.

When accessing the Org Browser, the only two options to retrieve metadata is selecting the whole object or custom fields, if you only need a record type then you need to use the terminal to get it, sometimes if you retrieve the whole object you'll end up with multiple changes that you'd need to discard if you are using version control.

Describe the solution you'd like
Same as you can navigate in source format to different levels of nested components like custom field, record types or listviews the org browser should have the granularity to retrieve a particular component.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No UI alternatives, terminal command most be used, this is not admin friendly and native tooling should at least give an option as the other big devops vendors do.

See how only whole custom object and field can be retrieved, this should have the same format as in source format.
