Added an extension setting item that allows you to show or hide the "sf.delete.source.current.file" command in "editor/context" in the salesforcedx-vscode-core package from the context menu. #5864

file:
salesforcedx-vscode/tree/develop/packages/salesforcedx-vscode-core/package.json
I would like a setting that allows the "sf.delete.source.current.file" command in the "editor/context" category to be shown or hidden from the context menu.
reason
1.It is too close to the Deploy command and often causes incorrect operations.
2. There have been many accidents in projects I am involved in where engineers who are not familiar with SalesforceCLI on VSC mistakenly execute deployment and deletion commands.
For the above reasons, we believe that making it possible to show or hide the execution of the "sf.delete.source.current.file" command from the context menu will reduce operational errors.
