Open button should be a html (<a>) link #1174

Right now it is a button that calls an action. This means it can't be middle clicked in order to open it in a new tab.

Instead, it should be a link or similar, to allow it to be opened in a new tab easier.

This is in the top-right of the notebook sidebar
