[Suggestion]: Make anonymous forecasts easier. #1217

Right now, anonymous forecasts can be simulated by sharing bot credentials and then using the GraphQL API, or by having an account to which many people have access, but this isn't ideal.

Suggested initially by Nathan Young; I'm just passing the buck.

Thanks! My impression is that this is fairly low-urgency/importance.
