Web UI needs to request testing mode on startup #80

If a device is running say rainbow, static or chase and I relaunch the webUI it assumes testing mode is disabled

Merged your PR and added color to the json report. I reverted the palette change on the picker back to WRGB though. Was a little cluttered when working from a phone. Thanks!
