add SDK method to fetch error message #174

as requested by community member Lido, it would be nice for the SDK to provide a method to retrieve the error message of a reverted transaction. see this example snippet for parsing the error message: https://gist.github.com/gluk64/fdea559472d957f1138ed93bcbc6f78a#file-reason-js
