Enable admin to login to video server as an admin #324

The video component of the system has its own admin area at https://app.eventyay.com/video/admin. It forwards to https://app.eventyay.com:8443/control/.

There is no link to the video admin section from the eventyay admin section at https://app-test.eventyay.com/tickets/control/admin/ to https://app.eventyay.com/video/admin.

Expected:

Add the link to https://app.eventyay.com/video/admin in the sidebar below "All Organizers"
Ensure the admin gets automatically logged into the video component.
