Current behavior:
Other options of a login page get hidden when top margin is kept 8% also makes bad impression. Sorry if it is a silly issue.

Expected behavior:
0 top margin always looks good.

Also, other options of this page can be seen without scrolling.

Just to make container margin-top 0.

I would like to work on this.
