Writing tests with Foundry that interact with the real world

I want to rewrite some hardhat-based test suites to foundry, but the problem is that a lot of tests are either using real-world data or contrary to this use contract output to then be used outside. I wonder if there is a way to express this with Foundry.

For example consider following test:

Is there a way to express this in Foundry?
