Describe the feature you would like

As discussed in #1961, it would be helpful to have a --ignore flag to the forge coverage command, so that we can avoid generating a coverage report for the test contracts.

Ideally, the flag would be a glob, so that multiple directories and files can be excluded.

Looks like this is a duplicate of #2988.
