Which components does the task require to be changed? (think hard pls)

Description

Release candidate was already published https://github.com/starkware-libs/starknet-specs/releases/tag/v0.8.0-rc0
We need to wait at least until starknet-rs is bumped and the spec is implemented in integration/devnet.
