xattrs aren't currently implemented for XFS.

Currently in dissect.target we only have one plugin that utilises xattr, but it only works on extfs filesystems (because we only implemented xattr there). Once we have more filesystems where we parse xattr, we should add a simple abstraction layer to dissect.target.
