Hi there,
I'm a maintainer of a mirror site, and I wanna use this package to setup a full mirror of http://hackage.haskell.org/. I have 3 questions:

  1. Can I just download the file hierachy to local disk without uploading to S3?
  2. Are all packages downloaded? (I saw a "necessary part" in Main.hs)
  3. How much disk space is needed for all packages, approximately?

Pinging @dysinger, who last worked on this code. I don't think we have any support right now for the non-S3 use case, but would be happy to include that if someone wanted to write it.
