After alt-tab and sometimes randomly the top 10% of the screen get messed up

Under Linux (and this is an bug that goes back to the first release) if you alt-tab out of the game and sometimes also randomly I think the top 10% or so (the newest chat-log line still barely shows underneath) freeze or something like that; hard to describe. Game is still playable, but it looks a bit odd.

Possibly related, when you alt-tab the game grabs Alt and holds it down, meaning it charges up for a hyperjump.
