Also laid foundations for static exporting (still WIP). Closes #22.
Still WIP...
…considered octet streams This means servers have to strip extensions.
Support for static aliases coming next.
Makes interpretation easier for most static file servers.

This involves breaking changes to public functions used by the CLI, so if you've ejected, you may have problems when this is released. If you're just using the CLI normally though, you should be fine after a Nonetheless, this will be released as v0.2.2, because we're still in beta, and these are internal functions to the system as a whole. |

This adds static exporting capabilities to Perseus (
perseus export), and makes it a proper static site generator!Closes #18.
