Student Portal: Parent should be able to select student in portal

which student data they want to see in the portal if multiple children of the same family are enrolled

Currently student can login via portal, but guardian/parent should also be able to login to portal to see student's info and select which student info they want to see in the portal if multiple children of the same family are enrolled.
