Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the official documentation for Frappe HRMS only provides instructions for:

  1. Frappe Cloud Deployment
  2. Docker-based Development Setup

However, there is no official guide for deploying Frappe HRMS in a self-hosted production environment. Given that Frappe Framework supports production setups with Nginx, Supervisor, and SSL, it would be beneficial to have a step-by-step guide for HRMS production deployment.

Expected Solution

  • A detailed guide on how to deploy Frappe HRMS on a self-hosted server
  • Configuration for Nginx, SSL, Supervisor, and Database Optimization
  • Security recommendations for a production setup

Why is this Important?

Many businesses and developers prefer self-hosted solutions to have full control over their deployment. While Frappe Cloud is a great option, some users need on-premise or private cloud deployments. Providing a production setup guide will help expand the adoption of Frappe HRMS.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Follow the existing HRMS documentation
  2. Notice that only Frappe Cloud and Docker development setups are available
  3. No production-ready deployment guide is provided

Additional Context

A similar guide exists for Frappe/ERPNext, but HRMS-specific deployment considerations should be covered (e.g., HRMS dependencies, configurations, and optimizations).
