Installation error

I have an issue installing this custom app - when I run the command bench --site mysitename install-app twilio_integration - I get the following error;

An error occurred while installing twilio_integration:
No module named 'pyngrok'.

erpnext 12.18.0
frappe 12.15.0
twilio_integration 0.0.1

any updates on this? as I'm facing the same issue.
I tried 'pip install pyngrok'. But, Didn't help.
