FR: Change Discord Status

1. Read the available Status from your profile
2. You can create a button with your choosable status
3. You can choose and change your status by clicking on the button on your streamdeck.

I think it makes more sense if the user create the status in the Discord App first. After this a polling job cat load new status variants into the plugin.
