New missing resources

I have a copy of the 0.9 svn, before symlinks were removed. There is a lot of stuff on here that is missing from the attic.

Also in a convenient single file download. The .git directory had to be removed to due to file size, but all resources are here(I think).

Don't wanna open a separate issue for this, but it looks like the attic is not updated with resources from intermediate/daily builds which were added after the current latest official release but later got replaced with other resources.

For example, the current daily builds replace medikit and armour/health bonuses, while I'm not sure if the previous versions were the same as the ones from 0.12.1. Pretty certain that armour & health bonuses were updated at some point, would be nice to archive them for historical purposes at least.

Seems like whenever a resource is getting substantially changed between revisions a side PR to the attic is also required to preserve old resource.
