This won't actually make it smaller because of git history, but there's a fair bit of stuff that we can clear out just to make things tidier. The thing that I came across that inspired this bug was:

  • Anything related to Brad Health's oral argument stuff (there's a CSV and importing code at least).

But I'm sure there's more we can add to this list.

I've been on a crusade and I've nuked a lot of stuff. I'll keep at it.
