Create a page where we post projects we want to get funded

I have been considering this in various forms for some time now, but I think a prominent page on free.law listing all of the projects we want to undertake could be really powerful. What better way to really state what our goals are? It'd be a bit of work to create it the first time, but it'd also be a useful exercise for us.

One thing that makes me hesitate is that I don't know of ANY non-profit that does this, so this may be one of those things that people don't do because funders don't like it for some arcane reason (I can't imagine why though).

I'm curious what @brianwc and others think.

I think this is a good idea. However, I'm a novice in grant funding, so my 2 cents may be worth only 1 cent.
