As @edmundnoble pointed out in the cats channel we may me able to leverage @kailuowang FunctorK and InvariantK to achieve transformers and products over handlers which can open the door to very interesting techniques such as the ones mentioned in the cats gitter channel at https://gitter.im/typelevel/cats?at=590ab8f95f3e76601ee8488d and https://github.com/edmundnoble/slate/blob/a6f44111572fd0408e3ba62b46a01a1720ad1b6b/ui/src/main/scala/slate/storage/CompressedStorage.scala

This is a investigation ticket to provide a POC over Freestyle.
